For our beautiful, bright 3.5-room apartment in the Neugasse in Kreis 5, we are looking for a successor for an unfurnished shared flat room for three months. It is a two-person shared flat, so you would live with only one roommate.

The apartment is super centrally located and is only a few minutes away from the HB. Additionally, there are many beautiful cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is approx. 63 m² in size, is located on the 3. OG, and has very bright rooms with a beautiful old building charm. The shared flat room is approx. 15 m² in size and faces the inner courtyard. Furthermore, there is a balcony where one can sit wonderfully outside despite the central location, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

From 1. February 2027, there is the possibility to take over the entire apartment. Perfect if you are looking for your own apartment in a central location.
