4 ½ rooms apartment

As of 1 March 2027 or by arrangement, I am exchanging my spacious 4½-room apartment (approx. 115 m²) near Hardbrücke for a smaller apartment (at least 2.5 rooms) in the city of Zürich.

What I offer:

The centerpiece is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with around 44 m² and direct access to the loggia. The high ceilings and continuous parquet flooring ensure a spacious, bright feeling of space. Three well-proportioned bedrooms (17, 15 and 15 m²) are located quietly and separate from the living area.
