As of 1 November 2026, I am looking for a suitable successor tenant for my beautiful and bright 2.5-room apartment on the 1st floor at Döltschiweg 17 in Zürich-Wiedikon.

The apartment is oriented towards three sides and therefore receives a lot of natural light throughout the day. At the same time, it remains pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. The quiet and green surroundings are particularly beautiful: despite the proximity to Wiedikon and the very good public transport connections, the neighborhood feels almost somewhat rural – with a bit of luck, you might even encounter several hedgehogs on the street in front of the house in the evening.
