Room in a shared flat

Hello

I am looking for a flatmate for a beautiful 3-room apartment in Wollishofen near Wollishoferplatz starting from 15.11.2026 (if you like and it also fits a few days earlier).

The apartment is very well located - shopping facilities are reachable within a short distance and you are at Paradeplatz in fifteen minutes. The lake is also only a few minutes away.

The room can be occupied furnished or unfurnished and is approx. 18m2 in size. We share a modern kitchen with balcony, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC and a spacious living room with a second balcony.

The rent is around CHF 1'500 - 1'600 francs for you, depending on whether you want the room furnished or unfurnished.

I am 35 years old, have been living and working in Zürich for more than 5 years as a project manager in the real estate sector. I like it sociable, but appreciate peace and a good book just as much. Otherwise, I like to cook and stay active.

If you feel addressed, I would be very happy to receive a message from you.

Many kind regards
Tim
