2 ½ rooms apartment

Wir sind eine kleine Familie und suchen ab Anfang November bis Anfang Februar (mit Option auf Verlängerung) eine/zwei Untermieter:innen für unsere Wohnung in Wiedikon, während wir im Ausland sind.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, im Hochparterre, sehr grün und ruhig, und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Goldbrunnenplatz entfernt. Es ist ein hübscher Altbau mit lieben Nachbarn. Wir fühlen uns jedenfalls sehr wohl! Und viel Platz haben wir auch: Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung hat neben den beiden Schlafzimmern, Wohn-Küche und Bad auch ein Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer.

We are a small family and will be abroad over the winter. That’s why we are looking for one or two subtenants for our apartment in Wiedikon starting in November (or by arrangement). Initially until early February but with the option to extend.
The apartment is fully furnished, on the raised ground floor, very green and quiet, and only a 2-minute walk from Goldbrunnenplatz. It’s a charming old building with lovely neighbors. We feel very comfortable here! There’s also plenty of space: the 2-room apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a living room and a study.
The apartment can be rented by one person or two. All genders and all ages are welcome. We look forward to hearing from you.
