3.5 room WG in the heart of Zürich directly by the lake!

Hello everyone and a warm welcome to NextGen Properties! 🎯
Effective immediately, we are renting out three rooms in this bright 3.5-room apartment in a prime location directly with a lake view.

Here are the details:

• Lease start: Effective immediately
• Rent: 2250 CHF per month (excl. utilities)
• Room size: Either 23m'2 with balcony or 27m'2 without balcony (price is the same)
• Common facilities: 2 x balcony for relaxing (one for the morning sun and one for the evening), large kitchen and 2 bathrooms, so that all residents have enough space in the morning

Important:
Currently, the WG is filled with 3 people (2 x female, early 20s and 2 x male, late 20s). For the last two rooms, we are therefore tending to look for women.

And now to you and what you should fulfill:

• Are between 28 and 33 years old
• are either a student or already established in professional life
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, have at least the residence permit B
