Room in a shared flat

A large, bright, (partially) furnished room with herringbone parquet flooring is becoming available for sublet in a 2-person shared apartment. The pictures of the room still show old furniture; the instruments are not included. 😉

It is part of a sunny, cozily furnished 4-room old building apartment with 2 small balconies (attached to the living room and kitchen) between Bullingerplatz and Lochergut.

The communally used rooms consist of a large living/dining room (also with parquet) with many plants, a small but cozy kitchen (with seating), and a bathroom with a bathtub and window, as well as a spacious hallway. These rooms are already fully furnished. You can either furnish your room yourself (if you want to stay for a long time) or rent it fully or partially furnished.

We have an uncomplicated house community; the shared laundry room with a schedule works without problems, and there is a small roof terrace for laundry and for sitting for all residents of the house. Bicycle parking spaces (2 per person) are in the courtyard.
