Room in a shared flat

Describe yourself: How + who are you = behaviours, background, stations of life etc.

Beautiful large room approx. 16-18 m2 for temporary sublet:
Mobiled, large wardrobe, bed with storage boxes, seating area (couch+mini-table)
Shared use of bathroom with small tub, kitchen fully equipped.
In the cellar there is a washing machine, tumble dryer & bicycle cellar.
Quiet location on the outskirts of town, a dream for joggers, in 15-20 mins at HB, two supermarkets around the corner.

From beginning of Nov 26 to approx. end of March 27 (times are flexible depending on agreement)

I am nice-open-easy-going, creative, green thumb, funny and open.

Surcharge for a clean, tidy, trustworthy and respectful person without stress.
Will be grateful if you could water the plants in the room every now and then.
My apartment is artistically creative with style and beautiful plants, very homely.
Cleanliness and order not only in the (wash) kitchen are important.
Generally quiet behavior in the rather thin-walled house with some older people is mandatory
No pets allowed.

I look forward to your/your message!

BTW: No couples! Only 1 person in this room allowed due to max. number of people allowed in rent contract.
