Room in a shared flat

In our 4-person shared flat, a room is becoming available. The apartment is located directly at the Affoltern station, which means you can get to HB and also to Höngg of the ETH very quickly. The apartment has a large kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms as well as 2 balconies. The room is advertised for 1.10, but you are welcome to move in directly if you like. The rent is 760 Fr. in total (including utility costs and shared flat expenses). Your room is approx. 13 square meters in size.

We are not a Zweck WG, but rather enjoy spending time together, chatting in the kitchen, eating Flammkuchen together, or if it fits, we also do things together sometimes : )
You will live together with:
Noah (21), studies mechanical engineering at the ETH, likes riding a racing bike and is otherwise to be found on some side quests.
Besarion (21): his favorite dish is muesli, otherwise studies math at the ETH or is out with friends.
Juliane (22): doing her internship abroad at the ETH, studies in the Netherlands but actually comes from Germany. She uses her time in Switzerland to explore it.
We are looking for:
A new female roommate (so that it remains balanced), who fits well into our shared flat everyday life. It would also be an advantage if you speak German, as our shared flat everyday life takes place in German.
Since the move-in would be soon, we would also do the WG – castings as quickly as possible. So feel free to include your phone number, so that we can arrange an appointment quickly.
