Room in a shared flat

Hi, i am looking for a new female or male flatmate from 01.07, initially limited to 3 months with chances for longer :) The room is just under 14qm, the apartment 68qm. 3.5 room apartment in the best location in Wipkingen, Leutholdstrasse. There is a cellar and a compartment in the attic, as well as a communal roof terrace. I am looking for a single person who is well-established in life (work or studies) and does not smoke. Internet is included in the rent. The living room and the hallway are furnished and can, of course, be used I look forward to you getting in touch :) PS: The pictures are from my move-in, so don't be surprised that everything is empty :)
