Room in a shared flat

We have a nice room becoming available – in a modern duplex apartment directly near Römerhof. We are on the top floor (with lift) and have a large private rooftop terrace with a view over Zürich, perfect for sociable summer evenings or a cozy coffee in the morning.

Who we are:
We are Nico (33), Fiona (26) and Claudio (32, unfortunately leaving us). We work in consulting/healthcare, law and in the music industry, are open, sociable and have a lot of zest for life.

Our shared living:
In our shared living, we value an uncomplicated, positive atmosphere and do things together when the opportunity arises, without any pressure (e.g. Apéro with friends, gardening on the terrace etc.).

Sometimes we try out new recipes or drink a glass of wine with friends, sometimes everyone does their own thing, is away or immersed in work. From shared (rooftop) events to disappearing for two weeks, everything is included with us.

Your profile:

• Are you looking for a WG where you can truly develop and feel at home?
• In doing so, do you not feel restricted, even if there is the occasional visitor?
• Does it bring you joy and is it the goal in your current phase of life to live together with other people in a WG (not a financial compromise or a temporary solution)?
• Are cleanliness and reliability a matter of course for you and do they not need to be explained in a chore chart or rulebook?
• Do you know how to handle appliances, materials and furniture so that they do not break (prematurely)?
• Do you have a regular income with enough left over so that an occasional purchase does not blow your budget?

Additional costs:
In addition to the rent, we share the costs for cleaning (comes every two weeks), internet/WLAN, Serafe, as well as household and liability insurance of 224 Fr. per month per person.
Also special: the apartment rent already includes the disposal of refuse in the in-house container (no fee bags necessary).

Procedure
We collect some applications at the beginning, so it may be that we do not answer immediately, even though we like you.
