Room in a shared flat

• For internet, insurance, heating, electricity, hot water, cooking and cleaning supplies (spices,..), administration, TV and radio fees and Apple-TV etc., an additional 199 Fr will be added!
• Deposit: 3200 Fr.
• Application process: First, a short video chat will be conducted and only then will the 2-3 most interested people be invited in person

The room is around 22 m² in size, has a large private bathroom with a bathtub and has just been newly furnished (2x2m box spring bed, 2.5m wardrobe etc.). All missing desired furniture will be paid for by me.

• Underfloor heating -10 GB fiber optic internet -self-cleaning mopping robot -beautiful and quiet new build apartment -large balcony -2 bathrooms -private laundry room with dryer and washing machine -dishwasher
• Partners who visit more often are no problem. - Pets possible upon application

There are three of us: I, Slavko, have traveled extensively (6 languages, e.g. 1.5 years in Latin America), am very diversely interested, enjoy chatting about everything under the sun, psychology, society, development of humanity etc., do (ball) sports and fitness, sometimes go out to eat or drink or stream something to relax, first studied International Management and worked there for 2 years, but recently switched to the "social" sector (economics lecturer).

• Arthur is a positive, social person who works as an architect.
