Room in a shared flat

I am subletting my cozy, fully furnished bedroom in a bright and modern 4.0-room apartment right in the heart of Zurich (Stauffacher, 8004) from 10 November to 5 January.

The Room & Apartment

• The room (12 sqm): Fully furnished with a comfortable 2.0cm bed, a large chest of drawers, standing mirror, stylish headboard, full wardrobe, Dyson fan and great natural light.
• The apartment: Modern, bright, and spacious with an elevator in the building. Includes a large living room, sunny balcony, bathroom, and a spare room / home office space.
• Fully-equipped kitchen: High-end appliances and cookware, including an air fryer, espresso machine and microwave are free to use.
• Laundry: Shared washing facilities in the basement (almost always available)
• Included: Full use of all common areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, and kitchen equipment. Just bring your suitcase!
• Living arrangement: You’ll be sharing the flat with my wonderful flatmate - a 30 year old female who is working in sales and is clean, kind, and easygoing. Major Bonus: She will be travelling during most of the sublease period and will otherwise only be in the apartment a few days a week, so you will mostly have the entire flat to yourself! When she is in town, the vibe is warm, quiet, and respectful.

Location (Stauffacher - 8004 Zurich)

• Public Transport: 2-minute walk to Stauffacher tram stop (Trams 2, 3, 8, 9, 14).
• 8 minutes by foot to Zurich HB
• Shopping & Amenities: Coop, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and gym all within a 3–5 minute walk.

Financials & Terms

• Monthly Rent: CHF 2,270 / month (All-inclusive: base rent, utilities, high-speed internet, Serafe, and full kitchen/furniture usage)
• Total for Sublet Period (56 days): CHF 3,260 (Pro-rated: Nov 10–Dec 9 @ CHF 2,270 + Dec 10–Jan 5)
• Security Deposit: CHF 1,200 (refundable upon move-out)
• Sublet Period: 10 November – 5 January
