We're away for September and looking for someone easygoing to take over our apartment. Four rooms on the 4th floor: two bedrooms, living room, separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom. Fully furnished in a mid-century style we've put a lot of care into - you can move in with a suitcase. Shared roof terrace, which is the best part of the place in early autumn. Seebahnstrasse, Kreis 4 - a few minutes to Bahnhof Wiedikon and Helvetiaplatz, tram and S-Bahn right there, Langstrasse and the Bäckeranlage around the corner. Central without being too loud. CHF 2,400 for the month, all in. No deposit, handover in person. Available approx. 1. September until end of September, max. 10. of October. flexible on both ends, so an earlier start or a few extra days is no problem.
