3 rooms apartment

I am renting out my 3-room apartment from 01.01.2027 to 30.09.2027. In addition to the kitchen and the bathroom, there is one bedroom, one living room and an office.

The apartment is 60m2 in size and on the ground floor. It is surrounded by trees and allotment gardens. From the veranda, you have a beautiful view of the allotment gardens and the trees of the Friedhof Sihlfelds.

My furniture as well as most of the dishes and kitchen utensils will remain in the apartment. Since individual pieces of furniture have emotional value to me, I ask for respectful handling of the furniture.

The plants will also remain in the apartment, therefore people should move in who also have the desire to take care of the plants.

In the cellar, there are two communal washing machines as well as a dryer. To use them, one signs up on a list. If required, the cellar compartment can also be used.

You should not mind living next to a cemetery. A Coop is 3 minutes' walking distance away. Tram 3 as well as various buses are reachable on foot within 5 minutes.

We will conclude a sublease agreement. I require one month's rent in advance as a deposit, which you will receive back at the end, provided that no damage has occurred to the apartment or the furniture.
