We are subletting our beautifully furnished apartment with many plants in Zürich Wollishofen. For this, we are looking for reliable people who feel comfortable in our apartment and take good care of it. Details: 1st floor without lift 3 rooms, approx. 67 m2 separate kitchen separate bathroom with bathtub 2 balconies communal laundry room Price is including utilities Period: 17.09.2026 - 26.11.2026 A slightly shorter sublet is also possible upon arrangement. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped and presumably offers everything one needs in everyday life. Since we are great plant lovers, we have many beautiful plants in the apartment. We would therefore be happy if the subtenants could take care of them and water them regularly during the rental period. The apartment is suitable for both single individuals and couples. Electricity, water, heating, and WLAN (approx. 700 Mbps) are already included in the costs. Additional costs only arise for the use of the communal washing machine. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The apartment is excellently connected to tram and bus. The Wollishofen highway entrance is reachable in a few minutes. Numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants are reachable within a short walking distance.
