I am looking for a successor tenant for my cozy 1.5 room apartment on Weststrasse near Brupbacherplatz, CHF 1,849 incl. per month.

It is a true gem: Very centrally located, in the middle of the lively neighborhood, 2 minutes from tram and bus stops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and the Gelateria di Berna. At the same time, it is extremely quiet (facing the inner courtyard). It is very bright, located on the 4th floor and with south-facing windows and a cozy, large balcony.

The apartment has a small kitchen and two rooms, which cannot be separated by a door. Therefore, it is more suitable for a single person than for a couple. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment.

Please note:

• Please only get in touch if you can move in from 16.11. The rental agreement can be fully taken over from 1.12., and for the two weeks prior, I will create a sublease agreement.
• The apartment is only suitable for a single person.
• I would like to pass on a few small pieces of furniture for a small price (smaller shelves, sun awning, small oven).
