Room in a shared flat

I am leaving my beautiful shared apartment and am therefore looking for a successor for my 16 m² room as of 15. October.

The modern apartment is 124 m² in total and extends as a maisonette over two floors. In addition, there is a 13 m² balcony that offers additional space for relaxing.

The apartment features:

3 bedrooms

124 m² interior space over two floors

a spacious 13 m² balcony

a modern kitchen

its own laundry tower with washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment

2 bathrooms: one with shower and WC, the second only has a WC

The rent is CHF 1'301.– per month.

You would live with two other people in a spacious and modern 3-person shared apartment.
