2 ½ rooms apartment

I am traveling for some time and am looking for a trustworthy person to sublet my apartment near Bahnhof Altstetten.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor, is very bright thanks to its southeast orientation, and has a beautiful view as well as a loggia. Bahnhof Altstetten is just a few minutes' walk away, from where you can quickly reach the center by S-Bahn or tram.

The apartment offers a spacious, open floor plan with a cozy sleeping area and a bright living area, fully and high-quality furnished. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the bathroom, internet and electricity are included in the rent.

I am flexible regarding the move-in date and the rental duration, from 2. November to 30. January.

Ideal for 2 persons, non-smoker, unfortunately no pets. Please feel free to write me a few sentences about yourself and the desired period.

Viewings will ideally take place in the week of 22. October, otherwise possible by arrangement.

The sublet is approved by the administration.
