Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a flatmate for my beautiful 5.5-room old building attic apartment in Kreis 6 in Zürich.

Two interconnected rooms are available to you, which are included in the rental price. The rooms are connected to each other by a direct passage and can be wonderfully used as a bedroom and living room or as a sleeping and working area. This way, you have your own spacious retreat within the apartment.

The apartment offers:

• 5.5 rooms with charming old building flair
• Two interconnected rooms for exclusive use
• Air conditioning in every room
• Newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and WC
• Spacious roof terrace with a beautiful view over Zürich

A little bit about me:

I appreciate good food, am interested in photography, film and nature, enjoy hiking and practice yoga.

I wish for an uncomplicated, relaxed and respectful coexistence, where one feels comfortable and at the same time has enough space for oneself.

Rent: CHF 1’850.– monthly for both rooms together, exclusive of utility costs.

If you feel addressed and fancy a relaxed life together, please feel free to contact me for a viewing.

Kind regards
Andi
