August **Rental price:** CHF 1'800.– flat rate (negotiable) **Optional ceramics studio:** CHF 220.– for the entire period I am renting out my cozy 2.5-room attic apartment during my summer holidays from **15. July to 12. August**. The apartment is small and charming, with cozy sloped ceilings and lots of personality. It offers everything one needs for a relaxed summer: a lockable kitchen with a window, oven and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine, as well as a separate bedroom with a small walk-in wardrobe. The light-flooded living and dining area is characterized by numerous plants, which create a warm and lively atmosphere. In addition, the apartment includes a balcony as well as a private roof terrace with vegetable beds. The terrace features a large lounge and a dining table for up to six people, as well as a beautiful view over the city and the lake. It is the perfect place for long summer evenings, shared meals or relaxed hours in the sun. If required, sun sails can be deployed, which provide pleasant shade on hot days. A small green summer paradise above the rooftops of the city. The location is very central in Kreis 6. The main station (Hauptbahnhof) is reachable in around 10 minutes. A Coop is located only 2 minutes away, a large Migros at a distance of about 8 minutes. Public transport, shopping facilities and city life are practically at your doorstep. **Optional: Rent the ceramics studio as well** Directly in the building next door, on the ground floor, is my ceramics studio, which can also be rented upon request. The studio comprises two rooms: a workshop as well as a bright, clean workspace with a large table, kitchenette and cozy sofa corner. Thanks to the large windows, the studio is light-flooded and friendly, but due to its location on the ground floor, it also remains pleasantly cool on hot summer days. The equipment includes several pottery wheels, a ceramics kiln as well as a ceramics 3D printer. Additionally, a beautiful outdoor seating area is available. Ideal for creative projects, concentrated work or simply to enjoy the summer in an inspiring environment.
