Room in a shared flat

Hello! As my current flatmate is leaving at the end of October, I am looking for a new flatmate for an apartment near the Irchel Park/Campus in Kreis 6.

The flat is 5 min away to tram lines 9 and 20 as well as to a Denner and a Migros.

The rent is 2940 CHF inclusive utilities and serafe. The room will be available from 02.22.2026 onwards, but if you want to move earlier we can arrange it with my current flatmate.

The room(22 m²) comes unfurnished. And the rest of the flat is fully furnished. There is a large living room opening to a garden, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a freezer. The building has shared washing machines and a dryer at the basement floor. There is a possibility to request a closed parking garage from the apartment management for car parking with an additional cost.

I am an easygoing, tidy, non-smoker and responsible person. And I like paragliding, snowboarding, kitesurfing, bouldering, biking and playing chess. I do respect the calm and cozy atmosphere in the flat. I am in my 30's and no longer have wild parties anymore, but I do like to invite friends over for a breakfast or a relaxed evening every now and then. And i do enjoy the occasional dinners and interesting conversations in the flat with my flatmate.

I value open communication and am looking for a flatmate who is a graduate student or an early professional.
