Room in a shared flat

The largest room in the apartment is like a small studio. It is very bright and offers a lot of space. A lot of light comes in through the large windows. Additionally, the room has direct access to the balcony, which makes it even more cozy. We are renting the room unfurnished.

We are looking for a person in their 20s or 30s who is uncomplicated and relaxed. Cleanliness is important to us, but we are not fussy. Whether student or employed is completely irrelevant to us. The main thing is that the person fits well with us and feels comfortable in the apartment.
We are
We are Germ and Boris, two good friends who live together in the WG. Germ comes from the Netherlands and Boris is Swiss. We both work in gastronomy and are open, social, and uncomplicated people. In our free time, we like to do sports, meet friends, or occasionally go out for a drink. We are relaxed and wish for a person who fits well with us and the WG.
