Room in a shared flat

From mid-November, I am moving into the studio at Schaffhauserstrasse 316 in Oerlikon and am looking for a companion with whom I can share the room :) In the building, there are studio spaces distributed over two floors and many creative professionals from the fields of animation, film, illustration, and graphics. There is a kitchen, a terrace, and a garden that may be used communally. The room that I (and perhaps you) will occupy has space for two people and a corner window. How we will divide and use the room together, we can gladly discuss; I haven't made any concrete plans for that yet.

Important info:

Location: Schaffhauserstrasse 316 (8 minutes on foot from Bahnhof Oerlikon)

Costs: 2.0.10 CHF incl. utilities per month for your space

The room is unfurnished upon takeover, so you must bring your own furniture.

About me: I am 26 years old, studied animation, and work half of the time as a freelancer in this field and the other half as a classroom assistant at a secondary school. In my free time, I engage in silversmithing, photography, sewing, climbing, hiking, and playing basketball.

If you are interested, just write to me at +41 78 727 71 13 for a viewing appointment and then we will discuss everything else :)
