1 ½ rooms apartment

I am offering my modern 1.5-room apartment with 37 m² in beautiful Zürich, Kreis 3, directly near the Schmiede Wiedikon, for an apartment exchange (marked in blue on the floor plan).

The apartment is very bright and equipped with parquet flooring. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2020. The monthly gross rent including service charges is CHF 2’060.–.

The apartment offers its own attic compartment, which provides additional storage space. Furthermore, there is a shared laundry area in the attic with three washing machines and without a fixed laundry schedule, so a machine is actually always free. If required, a garage can be rented additionally, in which you can also park your bicycle.

What I am looking for:
In return, I am looking for a larger, bright apartment with 3.5 to 4.5 rooms in Zürich or the surrounding area. The monthly rent should ideally be a maximum of CHF 1.500.–. A balcony, parquet flooring, and a modern or relatively new kitchen are important to me.
