The apartment is used as a 2-person shared flat (WG) and is therefore perfect for everyone who enjoys living in a shared flat, but at the same time values sufficient privacy and a quiet living situation.

• Start of lease: Effective immediately
• WG: 2-person WG
• Rooms: 2 private bedrooms, one of which has its own balcony
• Common area: Kitchen and bathroom
• Location: Gablerstrasse 46, 8002 Zürich

The apartment is located in an attractive location in Zürich-Enge with very good connections to public transport. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and other daily amenities are quickly accessible.

Due to the small 2-person WG, you have significantly more privacy than in a classic larger WG and can nevertheless look forward to a shared home.

The WG is limited to almost 2 years, but the possibility of an extension is very high.

• You are a student or have already entered professional life
• You are a non-smoker
• If you come from abroad, you have at least a residence permit B
