Room in a shared flat

This large and bright room in Kreis 4 is available to you immediately as a shared apartment room (in a two-person WG). The room is rented as a weekday stay room from Monday to Friday. Whether for a few months or longer-term, we are happy to discuss.

Apart from a table, the room is unfurnished. However, there is a built-in wardrobe, see photos. The bed in the first picture will no longer be on site.

The bright 3.5 room apartment with large low windows includes, in addition to your room:
-1 renovated bathroom with bathtub/WC
-Living and dining area with open kitchen
-Fully equipped, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, etc.
-Own washing machine and tumbler in the apartment

This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.

Location: Very centrally located. Bäckeranlage, Helvetiaplatz (market on Tuesday and Friday mornings), bars, clubs, coffees, shopping facilities (Denner, Coop, Migros), pharmacy, tram, bus all right outside the door, around the corner and reachable on foot.

Before moving in, a deposit must be paid and private liability and household contents insurance must be presented.

Before we arrange an appointment, I would ask you to write a few words about yourself. A short info on who you are and why you are interested in the room.
