Room in a shared flat

Looking for a subtenant for November.
Furnished room, all included.

You'd live with Miri (F) and Fabien (M), two super nice people in their early 30s.

The vibe is cozy, nice and warm.
Mutual respect and cleaning and tidying up after yourself are fundamental.
We keep the place silent to respect sleep between 22-7am.

A cleaning lady comes twice a month for the common areas.

One month deposit expected to cover damages.

Last day of rent and move out date is 30th November.
