Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone, hereby I am offering a room for a female student. I am Bahar (43, German, Test Manager) and look forward to a quiet, responsible, non-smoking roommate. The apartment is immediately near 3 supermarkets (Denner, Spar and Aksa). ETH Oerlikon is reachable on foot in 13 min., by bus in 4 min. ETH-Hoenggerberg is reachable on foot in 27 min. and by public transport in 11 min. In the rental amount of 1100 CHF everything is included, i.e. electricity, internet and television tax. The room could be free from 01.09.2026, move-in date by arrangement. It is furnished; a double bed, desk with chair and a new IKEA wardrobe are available. If you bring your own furniture, that would also be ok. The division of tasks such as cleaning, shopping for items used in common would have to be a matter of course for you.
