Room in a shared flat

In our beautiful 7.5 room apartment, a room is becoming available and we (Adèle, David, Sarah, Lucia and Simona) are looking for a new roommate (m) (to maintain the balance). With us, cooking, eating and discussing is enjoyed and done well; sometimes for one another, sometimes with one another. We celebrate risotto in autumn, a ski weekend in winter, the robot window cleaner (not recommended) in spring and the grill in summer. In short, we live consciously in a shared apartment because we appreciate living together and the company. Everyone works in architecture, agriculture or nature conservation in the Zurich area. The modern 7.5 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet neighborhood, but nonetheless very central and close to the Binz station (S10). The centerpiece of the apartment is an open kitchen, which is connected to the dining and living room. Two bathrooms with bathtub/shower and WC, washing machine/tumbler and a third guest WC are also available. The loggia with grill and afternoon sun is an added bonus. The available room is 17m2 in size and very bright thanks to the generous window front. Included in the rental price are utilities, electricity, Serafe, groceries for daily needs and the cleaning of the common rooms.
