A room will be available in the flat starting 1st of November, 2026

Location: The flat is only around 3min walk from the lake! Besides that, it's well connected to public transport (tram 4 in front of the house, 8min walk to Stadelhofen train station from where you get to Zurich HB in 2min) and has lots of grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance.

About the Flat: The room is furnished with a big closet, shelves, but no bed . The rest of the flat comes fully furnished and equipped. The contract is valid until 01.07.2027.

Rent: 1100 CHF/month. In addition, there are small utility bills for the internet, cleaning and serafe.

Who is your flatmate: You would live together with a woman in her mid 30s, working in Sustainable Investment.

She appreciates a warm and cozy home. Some of the days in the week she works from home and sometimes uses the living room as her work space. She loves cooking, dancing and having nice chats.

Who we are looking for: I am looking for someone between 25 and 40 years old. English, Arabic and French are spoken in the flat. The person should be tolerant, clean, and easy-going. The ideal flatmate is respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a cozy, positive living environment.

I like to spend spontaneous moments together - dinners, movie nights, or just chatting - but also value personal space.
