Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone! 😊 I am looking for a friendly subtenant starting in August for a **12m² unfurnished room** in a beautiful **3.5-room apartment with two balconies**. The room is available for a fixed period of **6 months** (until the end of January 2027). The absolute highlight: Freshly renovated & top location! Right before move-in, the entire apartment is being **completely repainted**, and the **hardwood floors are being freshly resurfaced/sealed** – so you will be moving into an absolutely fresh and spotless home! The location in District 9 (Albisriederstrasse) is unbeatable: * **Public Transport:** Tram 3 is just a **3-minute walk** away and takes you directly to Zurich Main Station (HB) in 14 minutes. * **Wiedikon:** You can reach vibrant Wiedikon in just **5 minutes by bike**. * **Shopping:** Coop and Migros are within a **5-minute walk**, and an Aldi is just **5 minutes away by bike**. **About your flatmate (me) & the living situation:** I know this apartment inside out: I previously lived here for five years with my best friend. When her boyfriend moved in, I moved out—and now I am finally returning to this amazing place! Since I am moving back in at the beginning of August, the shared areas of the apartment will only have limited furniture at first. For this reason, I can only offer the room unfurnished—perfect if you want to bring your own furniture for the duration of your stay. **Why temporary?** In February 2027, my partner will be moving into the apartment with me.
