Room in a shared flat

I am moving out early and looking for a male student to take over my contract. This room is from Intermezzo, currently fixed term contract (1/10/2026-1/3/2027) but have a chance to be extended later if renovation is postponed.

You will share the flat with 2 male students. They are MSc students and are very chill, we don't yet have activities together but we keep shared spaces clean for each other.

Application is also done on intermezzo website, but in case it is still showed as not available, you can text me and I will let them know. Debt extract and liability insurance are not mandatory.
