Open floor plan, efficient use of space, fully renovated in 2021. The building has a friendly atmosphere, and the apartment is very well connected: 2 minutes on foot to Wiedikon station and several tram lines, 15 minutes to the airport by train.
Important before contacting us:

  • We are looking for someone who can take over the apartment as soon as possible. Applicants who can move in from 12 October will be preferred, subject to approval by the landlord.
  • The apartment is on a side street but there is currently some construction nearby, so some noise should be expected when windows are open.
  • We would preferably like the next tenant to take over some furniture: wardrobe, balcony furniture, and bedside tables.
