🛏️ Zimmer: Möbilert mit Bett & Matratze, Bettwäsche, Kleiderschrank, Nachtkästchen, Kleiderstange, Lampe und Regal.

🏡 Wohnung: Helles Wohnzimmer, Holzböden, Küche mit Balkon, Bad + separate Toilette, Aufzug, Kellerabteil und gemeinsame Waschküche.

👥 WG: Du wohnst mit mir (28, F) und einem weiteren Mitbewohner (46). Wir suchen eine saubere, zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Person für ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben.

A bright, furnished room is available in our lovely 4-room apartment directly at Lochergut from 1 November 2026 until 31 October 2027. The room is available for a full one-year period.

📍 Amazing location: Coop 1 min walk, Paradeplatz approx. 7 min, Zurich HB approx. 10 min. Restaurants, cafés, shops and public transport are all right around the corner.

🛏️ Room: Fully furnished with bed & mattress, bed linen, wardrobe, bedside table, clothes rail, lamp and shelf.

🏡 Apartment: Bright living room, wooden floors, kitchen with balcony, bathroom + separate toilet, elevator, private cellar and shared laundry room.

👥 Flatshare: You would live with me (F, 28) and another male flatmate (46). We are looking for a clean, reliable and easy-going person who values a relaxed and respectful shared living environment.

💰 Deposit: 3 months’ rent
