Welcome to our spacious & sunny loft! This lovely abode is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and convenient living space. With 170 square meters of living area, there's plenty of room for everyone to wind out and relax.

The house has four comfortable bedrooms, the room for rent is 7 sq meters and equipped with a closet outside of the room. Three modern and fully equipped bathrooms ensure that you'll never have to wait in line to use the facilities. For your convenience, there's also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a storeroom.

Three unique feature of this house are the huge rooftop terrace, the wine cellar and a private workshop. When the weather is nice, you can relax in the sun on the expansive 250 square meter terrace, which provides breathtaking views of the city and Uetliberg.

As for your flatmates, you'll be living with three open minded people working in science, sustainability, biotech and finance. Jake, Ivor, Ines and Nick (moving out), they're easygoing and respectful, and are looking for someone to share a flat and possibly have fun together from time to time. We have a bi-weekly cleaning service (Fee: 75 CHF per person) that keeps everybody happy.
