3 rooms apartment

We are extremely happy with our beautiful, super central and affordable 3-room old building apartment (30 seconds from Tram Kronenstrasse, with Tram 4 to HB). It is perfect for a couple! We are looking for a comparable one, however, with at least 3.5 rooms. We are interested in an apartment in the region (preferably still Kreis 6, but we are flexible if it's something nice (surrounding districts), it should just not be too far out). Maybe there's someone who would rather live more centrally and is willing to accept less space for it. If something like that were to come up, it would be great! Despite the super central location, it is very quiet, which means you can even sleep with the window open. The neighbors are super uncomplicated and respectful. The washing machine is in the basement and, due to the apartment being on the high ground floor, optimal. We don't have a strict washing schedule, if it's free, you can do laundry. It works out super! We have also had a dishwasher installed in the kitchen at our own expense this year. Cooking is with gas, very precise and a great experience. The administration is also pleasant. We don't have a balcony, but we've never missed it due to the central location.
