For November and December, I am renting out my furnished apartment at Seefeldstrasse 32, 8008 Zürich, for temporary subletting. It is suitable for a single person who wants to live centrally in Zürich for two months and appreciates short distances to the lake, the city center and public transport.

The Location

Lake Zürich and the lakeside promenade are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Whether a running lap by the water, a walk after work or a coffee by the lake: all of this is very close by.

Bellevue, Sechseläutenplatz and the Opera House are also just a short walk away. Cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities in Seefeld complement the offerings in the neighborhood.

The Kreuzstrasse tram stop is practically at your doorstep. Stadelhofen station is also easily reachable on foot and offers numerous connections within Zürich and into the region. This allows everyday life to be well organized without a car.

The Apartment

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2026. It is located on the 2nd floor with a lift and is available to you for sole use. Large windows and herringbone parquet characterize the bright living and sleeping area. The furnished workspace with a desk, office chair, monitor and speakers offers space for working from home.

The separate kitchen features a hob, oven, dishwasher as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The modern bathroom offers natural light and a floor-level shower with a rain shower head.

An additional advantage is the private cellar compartment with a washing machine and tumble dryer for exclusive use. You do not have to share appliances or adhere to shared washing times.

Rental Conditions

• Period: 1 November to 31 December 2026
• Monthly rent: CHF 3'200 including furniture, service charges, electricity and internet
• Deposit: CHF 3'200
• Payment: November rent and deposit are due before the handover of the keys. The December rent must be received by 1 December 2026 at the latest.
• The administration's consent to the subletting has been obtained
• Rental of the entire apartment to a single person
• Non-smoking apartment, no pets
• No separate final cleaning fee; return in thoroughly cleaned condition

Preference will be given to interested parties who can provide a copy of an ID, a current extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsregisterauszug) and proof of income during the further application process. Please only send these documents after personal consultation.
