Hi everyone! I got a room in a lovely 4-person flatshare, but I can no longer move in. I'm looking for someone to take over my rental contract as soon as possible.

• About 15 min to ETH Zentrum / UZH
• Migros Kreuzplatz nearby
• Room: 22.5 m², unfurnished

💰 Rent: CHF 1,190/month (utilities included) + CHF 50/month electricity

📅 Available from: 1 October 2026
👥 Flatshare: 3 flatmates

Requirements:
✅ Student or young professional, aged 18–35
✅ Debt collection register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug), not older than 3 months
✅ Non-Swiss applicants: at least a B permit
🚭 No smoking in the apartment
