Temporary apartment until March 2027

I am looking for a successor tenant for my spacious 2-room apartment at Römerhof in Zürich, as I have found a new apartment.
The apartment impresses with its spacious rooms, the beautiful parquet flooring, and the cozy living atmosphere. The living room offers plenty of space for living and dining and can be furnished individually.

The house will be extensively renovated as of 21 March 2027. Until then, the tenancy can be terminated at the end of each month. This makes you flexible and you do not have to commit long-term.

Some pieces of furniture can be taken over free of charge or for a fair surcharge if there is interest. This can make your move easier and potentially save you additional purchases.
