Room in a shared flat

Buongiorno :)

From October 28, 2026, to November 18, 2026, I’ll be away from Zurich and am looking for someone to take over for these 3 weeks. This could be a great option for anyone who’s here for a short time, has just arrived, or is in between living situations.

The room is 16 m², and the rent is 750 CHF, including Wi-Fi and electricity. The room is fully furnished; I’ll clear out the closet so you’ll have space for your belongings.

The apartment is on the fourth floor; it was renovated in 2020 and is fully furnished by us. It features an open-concept kitchen, three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a balcony, a small bathroom with a toilet, and another bathroom with a shower but no toilet.

The location is super central, just a 5-minute walk from the Wiedikon train station. The nearest Migros and Coop are just a few minutes’ walk away. The area is full of down-to-earth restaurants and cute little bars.

About your roommates:
Vale and Franci, both italian, are really cheerful girls: they love dark humor, cooking together, thrift stores, and taking care of our 15 plants.
We’re a very friendly shared apartment—we’re not just roommates, we’re friends, and we enjoy doing things together both inside and outside the apartment.

Ideally, you’re between 25 and 30 years old, and even though it’s a short-term stay, I’m sure Vale and Franci will make you feel right at home.
If you’ve read my post and think you’d be a good fit for our shared apartment, feel free to send me a few lines telling us a bit about yourself.

Looking forward to hear from you!

Andre, Vale and Franci
