Room in a shared flat

From December 1st, 2026 until April 30th, 2027, we are renting out our large room with its own bathroom/toilet in a very spacious, beautiful, and quiet 4 1/2-room apartment with 2.0m² of living space plus a 20m² balcony. Your room is furnished and has its own private bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub. 60m² open-plan living and kitchen area with private refrigerator and freezer. Central, quiet, and brilliant location, 2 minutes' walk from Altstetten train station. Excellent public transport connections. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. We are two software engineers from Italy, both 27 and both in relationships. We are preferably looking for a woman who is independent and has a good but easy going lifestyle. The apartment is very well maintained and is cleaned every two weeks. This is already included in the rent, as are electricity, water, internet, TV fees, household insurance, and membership in the tenants' association.
