Room in a shared flat

The room is bright and beautiful, unfurnished, approx. 28 m2 with a window facing the courtyard. Our apartment is furnished with love, modern kitchen with induction stove, many plants, balcony with custom-made planter benches, washing machine and dryer, an extra room for hanging laundry and storage and much more :-) we also have Branka, our cleaning lady, who has been keeping the bathrooms and common rooms clean every two weeks for years - these costs, electricity, Serafe and internet/TV we share via common household expenses through an app. We are a 3-person WG, Vito, 36, working in catering, a good soul blessed with Mama's cooking skills, Leon 28, architect and always relaxed as well as Benjamin, 37, currently at the other end of the world :-) from mid-November (early December) Nathan will unfortunately be leaving us and we will also be looking for a pleasant roommate for this room (Benjamin's room) - so if you know someone ;)
