I am looking for someone to take over my modern 1.5-room flat near Zurich main station.

The move-in date is flexible, although preference will be given to applicants who can move in before 15 October, subject to the time needed for the property management company to prepare the contract.

The building is directly beside the Museum für Gestaltung tram stop, less than five minutes from Zurich HB and around 15 minutes from Zurich Airport.

The flat features a kitchen with a new VZUG stove and oven and a fridge, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with enough space for a home office. It has underfloor heating and is well insulated.

There is a shared terrace by the entrance, and the basement has two shared washing machines with no booking schedule, plus a drying room. The neighbours are relaxed and friendly.
