3 ½ rooms apartment

Are you looking for a cozy shared apartment room in a relaxed and uncomplicated flatshare near ETH Hönggerberg? Then this could be exactly the right thing for you! Since our roommate is moving out, a room with 12.4 m² is becoming available with us.

🏠 The apartment
The apartment is approx. 110 m² in size and offers enough space with its 3.5 rooms to feel comfortable. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, so there should be no bottlenecks in the morning. A laundry room in the basement is available for laundry, but it can also be washed directly in the apartment.
The location near ETH Hönggerberg is ideal, especially if you study or work at ETH.

👋 Who we are
We are Matthis and Moritz, both 28 years old.
Moritz works as a music teacher at a Gymnasium. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, likes to degustate various beers, and enthusiastically tries out new games of all kinds.
Matthis works as a systems engineer at Stadler. Besides work, he is active in sports, especially (table) tennis and snowboarding. Furthermore, he is involved in the board of a table tennis club and also enjoys playing games.

🏡 How we live together
Our WG is rather quiet and relaxed. During the week, we are mostly busy with work, sports, or our own activities. Nevertheless, we of course enjoy meeting in the kitchen or the living room, doing something together, or spending a cozy evening with a game and a beer.
We are looking for someone who fits well into an uncomplicated WG, enjoys living independently, and at the same time wants a pleasant life together.

📩 Interested?
If you can imagine moving in with us, we look forward to hearing from you! Feel free to write us a few lines about yourself, what you do, and what you are looking for in a WG.
We look forward to your message! 😊
