Room in a shared flat

I have a room available in my 3 ½ room, modern, furnished apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor with a spacious living room and sitzplatz / patio. The total floor space of the apartment is 87 sq.m. Move-in date can be flexible. The rent includes the electricity, internet, cleaning, serafe costs.

There are (two) separate Shower/WCs, so you don't need to share. You'll have your own. Additionally, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the apartment. The living room is quite large where I have a big couch and a TV. Your room would be partially furnished (with a bed and shelf).

The apartment is very well located. It is not too close to city center yet reasonably well-connected to the center. It is conveniently located next to Bahnhof Affoltern. It takes 25 mins to Zurich HB and 7 mins to Oerlikon by train. Bus stops Bhf Affoltern (Bus 37, 62/62) and Zehntenhausplatz (Bus 32); Supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Denner); Post; Pharmacy; ZKB, all located within 5 mins of walking distance.

Lake Katzensee is 20 mins away by bike which is perfect for a summer afternoon/evening. Hönggerberg is also very close if you fancy a run up to the hill.

About me: I am 37 yrs old, male, working full-time and have been living in Zurich for over 24 years now. I am looking for a flatmate within my age bracket (preferably 30-45 yrs old, male), who is also employed full-time.
