ca. 12m2 room in a shared flat with 2 flatmates.
The flat has multiple floors. The kitchen and living room are on the lower floor, and give a kind of 'alpine' vibe with the wooden ceiling, and is a great common space separated from the bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms are above, and on top of that there's even a roof terrace!
Other benefits include a large communal washing room (no schedule needed to do your laundry!), a basement, and a dishwasher.
Tram 9 right outside with regular connections, 23 mins to HB by the shortest connection via Oerlikon. Coop and Aldi within a 5 minute walk. Great connections to ETH Zentrum, and UZH Irchel.
Rent includes utilities except for internet and TV. Deposit is 3 months rent.

We are:
Jana, PhD student from India, enjoys tennis, fitness, and running.
Matthieu, Archaeology/History student from Switzerland, enjoys gaming, history, and politics.

Student or young professional (ideally with some form of income). We're looking for someone chill to join the flat, please tell us a little bit about yourself when you apply.
The room is available from 1st November. Some items of furniture may be available from the previous flatmate on negotiation.
