Room in a shared flat

I am offering a 14.7 m2 room in a shared apartment, available asap.
We are 2 roommates (W/M). We are looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate to share the living space - and maybe a few meals or chats, depending on everyone's mood :)

About me:

• 28 years old, working as a Project Manager
• Speak English, French, Spanish, and currently learning German
• Enjoy sports (both playing and watching), photography, cooking, and spending time with friends around the city
• I am a calm, clean and considerate person, and I would like to live with someone who is also tidy and okay with taking turns cleaning shared areas.

We are not looking for a smoker of anything as it is forbidden

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and all the essentials for cooking.
There is also a bathroom, two toilets (one inside the bathroom), and a washing machine available for everyone to use.

There is also a cellar where you can store a bike or your belongings.

You have two options: either furnished (1020 CHF / month) or unfurnished (970 CHF / month).

Both include internet, SERAFE tax, electricity, water, and heating.

If not furnished, only the bedroom will be unfurnished. You can take over for 460chf the furnitures.

If furnished, the room will be fully furnished with:

• a bed,
• a desk and chair,
• a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There are two main stations (Laubegg and Saalsporthalle), with the S4 going to Zurich HB in 5 minutes (when maintenance is finished). The 13 goes to HB in 17 mins. The 5 goes to Stadelhofen.

You also have two big grocery stores: Migros (30s) & Coop (2 min). And Sihlcity (2 min) is a big area where you have everything (food, restaurants, clothes...)

Finally (the best), the quarter is very calm as there are no cars inside (you can still park your car in the underground). And you have the biggest nature park in Zurich, where you can go. If you like animals, it is where a lot of people go, and if you do not like animals, there is also a part where dogs are forbidden.
