1 rooms apartment

I am looking for someone to take over my rental contract. As I am moving out on the 3rd of November for personal reasons,

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Altstetten, on the 4th floor of an older building.The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. Please note that there is no elevator. The location is very convenient for everyday life. A Coop and Ottos are approximately 1 minute away on foot, while Altstetten Neumarkt is also nearby and offers various grocery and household stores.

Altstetten Bahnhof Nord is around 7 minutes away on foot. From there, you can reach Zürich HB in approximately 15 minutes. Tram 1 also runs roughly every 10 minutes and provides a convenient connection towards the city centre. For those who prefer cycling, there is a very straightforward cycling route directly into the city. An outdoor parking space is also available for an additional fee of 30CHF per month. Also there is no agency involved so you can directly sign the contract with the Landlord.
For outdoor activities, there is a forest around 15 minutes away on foot, as well as the ZüriFit outdoor fitness area nearby.

Requirements:

• Permanent employment contract, or to be a student with a guarantor.
• A clean/good Betreibungsregisterauszug is also required.
• The apartment can be rented to up to two people, with an additional CHF 80 for the second person.
• Cats are allowed, but unfortunately dogs are not.
• A Swiss rental deposit (Mietkaution) is accepted.

There is furniture that you can buy, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

Please note that I don't speak German, so have a translator on your phone so we can communicate in English.
