Room in a shared flat

Hello future flatmate,

as I am subletting my fully furnished WG room for a limited time, I am looking for a new face for our cozy apartment from 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2027. If you are looking for an uncomplicated, clean, and central place to stay in Zürich, this could be your new temporary home!

The room & the apartment

• Your realm (approx. 14 qm): Beautifully bright, quietly located, and ready to move in furnished with a cozy bed, wardrobe, and lamps. I might also manage to organize the desk.
• The apartment (120 qm): Very well-maintained, spacious, and perfectly laid out. The highlight is definitely the large balcony, where you can fantastically enjoy the evening sun. We naturally use the kitchen, bathroom, and living area together.
• Extras: A parking space can be requested upon request for an additional charge.

The unbeatable location
The apartment is located practically in the eye of the storm: right in the most lively district of Zürich (Kreis 5), but in a surprisingly quiet corner. Logistically, it doesn't get much faster:

• Bahnhof Hardbrücke: only 3 minutes on foot
• Hauptbahnhof (HB): less than 5 minutes by train
• Limmat: reachable in under 10 minutes
• Countless great bars, restaurants, and clubs are located directly within walking distance right outside the front door.

About me
I am an expat (mid-30s), speak German and English, and like things to be absolutely uncomplicated in everyday life. A relaxed, open togetherness is important to me.

About you
Age does not matter to me at all – the interpersonal connection just has to fit!

• You speak fluent German or at least very good English.
• You appreciate a clean, well-maintained home just as much as I do and like to contribute to WG life.
• Purpose-WG? Rather not! I wish for a good team. If you enjoy shared cooking evenings or a cozy dinner, we are on the same wavelength.
